Manual: How to Convert Negative Energy
Why Convert Negative Energy?
Throughout history, individuals have sought ways to counter and subdue negative energy. This concept of addressing, understanding, and transforming negativity has existed in spiritual and philosophical traditions across cultures. Some wonder why it's necessary to respond to negativity at all. The answer lies in achieving a more profound sense of peace, resilience, and alignment with higher principles, guiding one toward a life of harmony and purpose. As seen in religious stories like Adam and Eve, the encounter with evil is a common human experience, a test of inner strength and character.
There are many approaches to dealing with negative energy. This manual takes inspiration from the ancient Egyptian principles of Maat. While other spiritual texts, such as the Holy Bible or the Quran, offer extensive guidance, we chose Maat for its simplicity and neutrality. The 42 Principles of Maat focus on living a life in alignment with the universe by treating others with fairness, truth, and respect. Maat encourages integrity without the complications of human judgments and interpretations, providing a direct path to connect with divine intentions.
We are aware that the planet Earth is comprised of different dimensions. Some of us have chosen to attach ourselves exclusively to the physical realm, but the wisest of us have discovered a more comfortable place to reside. There is a planetary diaspora of people who have endured the pain of the physical realm for eons. They, too, have now been upgraded in their prominence. We recognize the need for people who desire TRUTH to connect to this mental and spiritual world to enjoy the blessing God has provided us all. We must divorce ourselves from a world of lies and deceit. We offer this opportunity at this place.
Channeling
Channeling is the first step in the conversion process. It involves examining whether perceived negativity is genuinely directed at us or a misinterpretation, misunderstanding, or even a reflection of our inner turmoil. Channeling also helps identify the source of negativity and its motivations, which is crucial for genuine transformation.
Channeling works similarly to tuning into a specific frequency, like selecting a channel on a radio. It enables us to focus on the true nature of an incident, separating facts from emotions, judgments, and biases. It helps us assess if a particular incident is an act of ignorance, a joke, or a conscious attempt to harm. We must be vigilant in understanding that converted negative energy is for self-growth, never for revenge.
Harnessing
Once we’ve channeled and identified the source and nature of the negativity, we proceed to harness it. This means gathering all the negativity into a collective force. Some negativity holds more potency than others, particularly when it comes from influential figures or people in positions of power. Their energy, due to the authority and wealth they possess, can exert a much more substantial impact on our lives. When harnessed and transformed, this powerful energy can contribute significantly to our resilience and purpose.
This step consolidates negative experiences from various sources, big or small, creating a unified force. While we treat all sources of negativity equally in most cases, particularly impactful sources may hold additional potential for transformation.
Converting
The final step in the process is conversion. The Age of Mentality program engages the mind and body, completely transforming negativity into constructive energy. This process involves embedding the principles of Maat (or a chosen belief system) into our consciousness while performing physical exercises, particularly isometric ones, to create a harmonious mental and physical state. Listening to an audio recording of the 42 Principles of Maat while engaging in these exercises enhances the experience.
The conversion process creates a robust foundation for personal development, where hate, resentment, or anger can be transformed into positive motivation, clarity, and strength. Remember, this practice is not about retribution but solely for personal betterment.
Bringing It All Together
We live in a world where human beings have inflicted harm upon each other for millennia, motivated by greed, the desire for power, and the need for control. This manual recognizes that we are in a new era, where awareness of injustices grows, and many are ready to respond thoughtfully. However, this is not a call for revenge or even confrontation. Instead, it is an invitation to channel, harness, and convert that negativity into strength, wisdom, and compassion.
Through the Conversion Process, we aim to help individuals navigate personal and historical experiences of injustice, oppression, and hardship. In doing so, we tap into latent potential within ourselves, empowered to use that energy for growth rather than letting it weigh us down.
Expectations
This program is not intended as a tool for retaliation but as a transformative practice. Suppose someone has wronged you—whether a public figure or a personal acquaintance—their negative energy can be transformed. When converted, it can be channeled into positive outcomes like improved mental well-being, financial growth, or spiritual enlightenment. Think of it as using an obstacle as a stepping stone, much like the famous athlete Michael Jordan was motivated to excel despite early doubts about his potential inspired by someone else's mentality.
We will be providing additional content on YouTube under the Ageofmentality. Subscriptions are available but are totally free. Some have developed conversion charts detailing incidents that have imposed negative energy upon them, from whence it came, its assumed potency, and the positive value accumulated. We will be providing examples of these charts later within our YouTube content.
